Panama Construction Projects

  Lot 35 is located at the top of the Cielo Paraiso Project.  It is bordered by tall pines in the back and a stupendous view to the front.  Click here to see the construction process and progress on the one-story home being built there.  Completion date is February, 2008.  It will be a true showplace upon completion.

Lot 7 is located on the 6th and 7th Fairways of the Cielo Paraiso Golf Course.  It is a 2-story house currently under construction.  It will have stunning views of the golf course and beyond.  Completion date is July, 2008.

In Panama, a Mondongada Party is held when the roof is constructed on the house.  It is a chance for the owner to thank the worker's for their labors and a chance to show off their beautiful home.  At our Mondongada for Lot 35, we had a catered party with lots of food and drinks and two wonderful cakes.  As an extra token of our appreciation, we had a raffle for prizes, which included MP-4 players, tape measures, levels, safety glasses and gloves.  Every worker went home with a precious gift!  It was so much fun!  Many thanks to our contractor and crew!!

We have watched to golf course at Cielo Paraiso emerge from the hills and valleys of the property, and are in awe of the vision to create something so beautiful.  To play this course will be challenging and breathtaking.  As you look at the pictures of the course, imagine yourself teeing off and then getting lost in the fabulous vistas.
